Pluripotent Core

Overview of Services

The Human Pluripotent Stem Cell facility continuously evaluates emerging technologies and is now offering the following services;

1) Generation of iPSCs using the Sendai virus methos starting from peripheral blood or skin biopsy (please inquire for other tissues sources).

2) Training in human pluripotent stem cell culture (ESC and iPSCs)

3) Frozen vials of iPSCs as well all cell culture media and reagent to grow these cells

4) Isolation and storage of white blood cells from peripheral blood and culture and storage of primary fibroblasts from skin biopsy.

5) Hematopoietic stem and progenitors differentiated from iPSCs

6) microglia differentiated from iPSCs.
