Flow Cytometry Core Facility

Core staff will create an assay to stain FFPE slides with 5 antibodies on separate fluorescent channels. User will provide primary antibodies and sufficient slides to develop the staining panel.

Core staff will create an assay to stain FFPE slides with 6 antibodies on separate fluorescent channels. User will provide primary antibodies and sufficient slides to develop the staining panel.

FFPE slides stained with up to 6 antibodies using the Akoya MOTiF workflow using either Akoya panel or custom created antibody panel. Minimum of 10 slides required.

Determine the optimal concentration and epitope retreival for whole slide imaging with a user-supplied antibody. A minimum of 6 conditions will be tested, cost is per round of testing. Typically, one round is sufficient to determine the optimal staining conditions.

Core staff will scan your H&E or immunostained (DAB or similary monochromatic dye) slides. Digital qptiff files can be read using Akoya's Phenochart program, Leica's Imagescope or QuPath.

Assisted use of EVOS M500 microscope. Fluorescent channels include DAPI, GFP and Texas Red. Price is per hour of use and scheduled by Core based on availability.

FlowJo Licenses are priced based on quarterly use of the software.

Slides stained with 4 antibodies on separate fluorescent channels and counterstained with a nuclear dye. User provides primary antibodies which should show unique staining patterns in the specimen. Not all antibody combinations will be suitable for this 4-plex staining service.

Service requires a minimum of 4 slides. The core can advise users on performing this staining manually in their own lab.
